Rates are quoted in Euro, payable in Euros by wire transfer.

The Chateau is generally available for rental by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Any other duration might be possible at the owner’s discretion.

Rooms will not be rented individually and/or separately; the Chateau will only be rented to one party at a time, and the price will be determined by the number of bedrooms occupied.

The price during high season (May 1st - October 31st) is € 150 per bedroom, with a minimum per stay of  € 700.00

The price during the low season (November 1st - April 30th) is € 125.00 per bedroom with a minimum of  € 600.00 per stay.

Rentals are from Saturday 4:00 PM to the following Saturday 11:00 AM. 

All linens, sheets, towels, are furnished for a one-week stay.

During the stay and before departure, cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, with personnel provided by the owner.

Any special request (cook, chauffeur, etc.) can be requested and if available will be at the guest's expense.

Reservations
A thirty percent (30%) deposit will be requested for making reservation.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be done 6 weeks prior to the stay to receive full refund.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €1500, by credit card or check, will be required for each rental and will be returned upon inspection of the premises at the end of the rental period.

CURRENCY CONVERTER

All prices are net of applicable taxes [VAT is 5.5% and occupancy tax is €1,50 per person and per day.]

The Chateau is available for rental all year round.
